Roy Morgan Jones
Managing Director

Roy studied Dental technology at the South Glamorgan Institute of Higher Education (Now Cardiff Metropolitan University) and University Hospital Wales until he qualified as a Dental Technician in 1982.
​
Between 1983 and 1994 He worked as a Dental Technician in multiple dental laboratories in Cardiff, High Wycombe and Oxford.
In 1994, Roy set up RMJ Dental Laboratories and has grown the business into what it is now providing thousands of patients their smiles.
​
Roy specialises in prosthetic excellence including implantology, specifically Cresco (now Dentsply Astra™).
Wade Biddlecombe
Assistant Manager

Wade joined us as an apprentice in 2002 and has grown alongside the business. He gained qualified as a dental technician from City College Southampton in 2007.

Wade has consistently added new skills and techniques to his repertoire since working at RMJ, he now specialises in CadCam digital dentistry as well as superior prosthetic appliances.
Magdalena Rzepka
Senior Dental Technician
GDC: 286960
Magdalena studied Dental technology in Krakow, Poland. She achieved her qualification from Malopolski Urzad Wojewodzki w Krakow in 2012.
​
She then worked as a dental technician in a local laboratory between 2012 and 2014. Before moving to the UK and joining us at RMJ Dental Labs in 2016.
​
Magdalena specialises in pressure forming, crown & bridge work and prosthetic brilliance
